Beulah Brown is the founder of Duanvale Primary Alumni and Friends Association. She is an accomplished, seasoned professional with over 20 years of Accounting, Finance and Managerial experience in both For Profit (Service and Manufacturing) and Non-Profit sectors including Academic and Health Care Institutions. Earlier in her career, she was a high school science teacher and also worked in medical research as a scientific officer and a departmental administrator. She is a past student of Duanvale Primary School and Montego Bay High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany and Chemistry from the University of the West Indies, an MBA (Finance) from Fordham University and an MPA from Columbia University. It was her commitment to serving others that propelled her pursue the MPA so that she can better understand and help to effect policies in the public and Non Profit sectors. Beulah set much store on a giving back especially when one has been given much. She is a firm believer of the UBUNTO principle and posits that we all can avail ourselves for someone else to stand on our shoulders.
